Simulation Specialist:
Experience in Energy Modeling and proficiency in softwares such as e-Quest , Energy Plus, TAS, IES
ECOTECT, Revit is essential
Project Site Coordinators:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering and construction site experience is a must. Knowledge in Green
Technology and LEED scoring is preferred. Ability to communicate, coordinate and liaise with various
contractor at site obtain required information, documents and evidence.
Mechanical Engineers:
Experience in Energy Audit, Air-conditioning system optimization, ACMV / HVAC systems. Heat recovery
systems, fuel cells, Energy Modeling / simulation, CFD. Knowledge in Water Efficiency, Rain Water
Harvesting, Grey Water Recycling
Electrical Engineers:
Experience in Energy Audit, Energy monitoring, Energy saving equipments, Energy Efficient lighting,
renewable energy systems.
Landscaping Specialists:
Experience in horticulture, vertical green, irrigation systems, URBAN FOREST, Roof Top Gardens, Sky
Terraces, Urban Landscaping and rain water collection, retaining and recycling. Horticultural Waste
recycle and Management.
Facade Designers:
Experience in Cool paints, Self Cleansing Facade systems, Glass selection, facade sunshade design,
Light Shelf, Glare Control, heat penetration measurement, testing and assessments.
Innovation Specialist:
Candidates with ability to think out of the box. Experience in Green Mark projects is an added advantage.
