Develop Concept for Green Features for the project
Identify key performance targets
Recommend design strategies to achieve the
desired Green Mark / LEEDs / Green Building Index rating
Design and Tender Stage :
Liaise with the Architect and review their design and
specifications to address any shortcomings for certification.
Propose, advise and assist in the development of facade,
building envelope, and other architectural design to achieve
Green Mark Certification
Propose and advise including
life cycle costings,
innovation idea such as
PV cells,
Co-generation
Make all necessary submissions to Certification Authorities
Liaise with Certification Authorities for all necessary documents
and site inspections
Advise Employer and Architect with proposals, specifications
and drawings for all changes required to meet the required
certification.
Provide Cost estimation on the proposals or recommendations
in relation to the impact on the overall project cost.
Conduct and attend all meetings related to Certification or
sustainable design matters.
Assist in the tender evaluation process and to review the
technical appraisal of the design, construction drawings
M&E systems, Building performance analyses and supporting
